The Whole Side includes all eleven lean and flavourful prime sections: Eye Fillet, Sirloin, Rib, Topside, Round, Rump, Silverside, Blade, Chuck, Brisket, and Shin. Total dressed weight is approximately 80 kg. The typical weight of each prime section is listed in the table below. If you wish, any or all your cut selections can be prepared to meet the National Heart Foundation Tick standards. Each item is individually labelled for easy identification.

Life’s Good is for serious beef lovers. It is a 40 kg assortment of just the premium prime sections from a side of Landtasia’s natural pasture-fed beef. It’s all steaks and roasts cut to your specification, plus a small assortment of sausages and mince. If your palate and belly don’t yet know the difference between feedlot supermarket cow beef and organic pasture-fed young steers, they will after this delicious nutritional experience.

Our Connoisseur Dry Aged Private Reserve steaks are dry-aged for 28 days. Through the slow aging process, the enzymes in the meat overcome its fibres, enhancing the natural beefy taste with a delicious nutty flavour and providing supreme tenderness.
Our magnificent Private Reserve roasts are the whole form of our gorgeous steaks. They're a natural for entertaining because each guest can get the portion size and doneness they request.
Each assortment offering comes from a special reserve herd of Landtasia’s natural organic pasture-fed beef. The Connoisseur Dry Aged assortments are only released three times per year and are generally sold out months in advance. Limitations are placed on the quantities one customer can purchase so we accept orders for up to twelve months in advance.
